Nevertheless we always suggest our customers to buy stocks lasting for 6-9 months, at maximum one year, never to buy huge quantities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But our film is a <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>consumable product<\/strong><\/span> and sooner or later it ends. When the stock is ended customers have to buy the film again.&nbsp; If we have supplied them with a good combination in terms of quality, price and service it is likely that they will make the new order to us again. For these reasons business relationship are generally long term ones, and it is quite usual that the purchase is repetead over the time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This situation has a number of consequences:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>it obliges us to be competent, honest and fair<\/strong><\/span>. We do not make an unique sale to somebody you will not see anymore in your life and you can promise more than you can maintain. We must maintain what has been promised;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">our films are designed for <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>professional users<\/strong><\/span>. Their <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>quality is daily checked<\/strong><\/span> by skilled, expert operators, and it has to respect preset standards. If the quality is poor the customer will not buy again;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">our <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>prices must be competitive<\/strong><\/span> and in line with the market;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">our <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>margins are low<\/strong>.<\/span> The company profitability is not based on high margins made on a single sale, but on the opposite on a continous work flow;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">service has to be flexible<\/span><\/strong>.
