In particular, used alone with a double passage of wrapping, Polipropilene Alto Modulo is <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>the best solution for cheap tubolar items<\/strong><\/span>, with limited wall&#8217;s thickness.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>General Features of Polipropilene Alto Modulo in the Manufacturing of Composite<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Polipropilene Alto Modulo is <strong>made on our specifications<\/strong>, with a targeted recipe concerning the polypropylene grade and a peculiar production process which gives mechanical strength and other physical features.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This polypropylene film has <strong>very good mechanical properties<\/strong>, and an <strong>enhanced heat-shrinkage<\/strong> during the curing cycle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The special formulation of the film permits to use it with <strong>medium-high temperatures of polymerization<\/strong> (up to 140-150 C).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thanks to the special chemical-physical composition Polipropilene Alto Modulo has <strong>release capabilities<\/strong> on both sides of the film. This polypropylene film is not coated with laque or silicone for release purposes. In this way no transfer of coating or silicone and no contamination of the composite is possible, and there is no need to clean or sand the item after polymerization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When used in direct contact with the resin a <strong>glossy surface<\/strong> of the composite is obtained. In the production of tubolar items light steps given by the thickness of the tape are left on the surface.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the <strong>roto-translaction process<\/strong> and in <strong>manual taping<\/strong> it is used in reels to wrap the rod to manufacture both in direct contact with the resin (primary wrapping) and as over wrapping film (double taping of compaction and compression). The mechanical properties are exploited to give an&nbsp; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>high tensioning to the tape&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span> and get thus an&nbsp; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>heavy compaction of the different layers of prepregs<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Heat shrinkage <\/strong><\/span>is used to get an <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>high compression force <\/strong><\/span>during the resin&#8217;s polymerization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The two things together achieve an <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>high specific pressure <\/strong><\/span> on the surface of the tubolar, improving thus the structural properties of the item.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Primary Wrapping<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Used as <strong>primary wrapping<\/strong> it has the functions to give high compaction to the different layers of prepregs in the wrapping phase, to keep all the termosetting resin within the item during the liquid stage, to give good compression to the manufactured article in the polymerization phase and to guarantee an easy release at the end of polymerization.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Over Wrapping<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In <strong>over wrapping<\/strong> another film is commonly used in contact with the resin and Polipropilene Alto Modulo is used to <strong>give extra compaction by tensioning<\/strong> and higher<strong> compression by heat shrinking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Moulding<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In <strong>moulding<\/strong> it is used in sheets to get flat panels or complex forms and acts as resins constraint and releaser. A <strong>glossy surface<\/strong> is obtained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The film is somehow ductile and <strong>fits well also with complex or irregular shapes<\/strong> of the mould.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mould&#8217;s walls are protected and <strong>don&#8217;t need to be cleane<\/strong>d after each cycle or to be sanded periodically.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Product Availability<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>available nominal thickness<\/strong> is 30 micron, the density is 0,91 g\/cm3, the nominal unit weight 27 grams per square metre, the nominal yield 37 square metres per kilogram.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Release Films and Tubolar Composite&#8217;s Features<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our films for the production of composites have outstanding performances only if they are properly used.
