In this way no transfer of coating or silicone and no contamination of the composite is possible, and there is no need to clean or sand the item after polymerization. <strong>Poliestere film does not release<\/strong> from epoxy and polyester resins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Over Wrapping and Heat Shield<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the <strong>roto-translaction process<\/strong> it is used as over wrapping film of the rod to manufacture (double taping of compaction and compression). Another film is commonly placed in contact with the resin and Polyester is used both to give extra compaction by tensioning and to act as an heat shield for high processing temperatures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It has the <strong>functions<\/strong> to give high compaction to the different layers of prepregs in the wrapping phase, to give good compression to the manufactured article in the polymerization phase as well as to act as a thermal shield in presence of high temperatures of process. With this method the use of Poliestere Film gets significant improvements in the composite&#8217;s structure.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Available Products<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>available nominal thicknesses<\/strong> are 23, 50 and 75 micron, the density is 1,4 g\/cm3, the nominal unit weights 32-70-105 grams per square metre, the nominal yields 31-14-9,5 square metres per kilogram.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Release Films and Tubolar Composite&#8217;s Features<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our films for the production of composites have outstanding performances only if they are properly used.
