Further on the film must have very good release performances and resists to usual manufacturing temperatures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This film is used in <strong>many production methods<\/strong>: in the roto-translaction process, in manual taping and in moulding. For tubolar items in particular it is possible to make holes on the tape to place inserts. In moulding complex geometrical forms and the use of moulds with cutting edges are possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>General Features of Polipropilene Deformabile in the Manufacturing of Composite<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Polipropilene Deformabile is <strong>made on our specifications<\/strong>, with a targeted recipe concerning the polypropylene grade and a peculiar production process which gives mechanical strength and other physical features.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This film has <strong>poor mechanical properties<\/strong> and a <strong>limited heat-shrinkage<\/strong> during the curing cycle. The film is not rigid, but ductile and thus can be deformed by tensioning or pressure also at room temperature. To get tubolar items with good structural characteristics an overwrapping with another film is compulsory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The special formulation of the film permits to use it with <strong>medium-high temperatures of polymerization<\/strong> (up to 140-150 \u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thanks to the special chemical-physical composition Polipropilene Deformabile has <strong>release capabilities<\/strong> on both sides of the film. This film is not coated with laque or silicone for release purposes. In this way no transfer of coating or silicone and no contamination of the composite is possible, and there is no need to clean or sand the item after polymerization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Used in direct contact with the resin a <strong>glossy surface<\/strong> of the composite is obtained. In the production of tubolar items very marked steps given by the thickness of the tape are left on the surface.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Primary Wrapping and Manual Taping<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the <strong>roto-translaction process<\/strong> and in <strong>manual taping<\/strong> it is used in reels to wrap the rod to manufacture in direct contact with the resin (primary wrapping). The main function is to exploit the deformability capabilities of the film. But it also keeps all the termosetting resin within the item during the liquid stage and guarantees an easy release at the end of polymerization.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Moulding<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In <strong>moulding<\/strong> it is used in sheets to get flat panels or complex forms and acts as resins constraint and releaser. A glossy surface is obtained. The film is very ductile and fits well also with <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>complex, irregular or sharp shapes <\/strong><\/span>of the mould. Mould&#8217;s walls are protected and don&#8217;t need to be cleaned after each cycle or to be sanded periodically.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Product Availability<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>available nominal thickness<\/strong> is 50 micron, the nominal unit weight 41 grams per square metre, the nominal yield 24 square metres per kilogram.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Release Films and Tubolar Composite&#8217;s Features<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our films for the production of composites have outstanding performances only if they are properly used.
